I am a wife, mother of thirteen, and a woman formed through profound loss, including widowhood. My faith has steadied me through seasons I never would have chosen, and creativity has helped me rebuild what grief touched.
Today, I serve those navigating loss through The Catholic Grief Podcast, teaching, writing, and the Creative Resilience framework. Everything I share is shaped by lived experience and grounded in the Catholic Faith and the steady hope of Christ.
